Deling av personopplysninger
Vi selger ingen av dine personopplysninger med tredjepart.
Dine personopplysninger blir lagret i våre CRM og faktureringssystemer som kun vi behandler. Fra tid til annen vil det være nødvendig med vedlikehold og teknisk bistand fra de som leverer løsningene – hvor leverandøren vil ha midlertidig tilgang til behandling av opplysningene. Vi benytter firmaet Bisnode til å sende påminnelse for PKK (EU kontroll) til våre kunder og for å minne våre servicekunder på når det er på tide med service og fornyelse av mobilitetsavtale. Behandlingsgrunnlag: Berettiget interesse, men du kan reservere deg fra det.
Tilgangen er regulert i databehandleravtaler vi har med alle våre leverandører.
Retten til innsyn, sletting og klage
Du kan til enhver tid be om innsyn dersom du lurer på hvilken informasjon vi har lagret om deg, eller sletting av all informasjon. Du kan også trekke tilbake ditt samtykke. Du har rett til å endre din egen informasjon og kan be oss om å endre de for deg.

Hvorfor behandler vi personopplysninger?
Vi behandler dine personopplysninger for å kunne administrere din bestilling og gjennomføre service og reparasjon, håndtere dine henvendelser til kundeservice, for å evaluere og forbedre våre tjenester, samt for å kunne sende deg relevante tilbud. Behandlingen er nødvendig for å imøtekomme vår og din berettigede interesse og for å oppfylle avtale om service og reparasjon.
